Lead Reach Studio’s original and branded video strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Develop platform-native franchises, oversee creative quality and commissioning, direct commercial video projects, and use performance data to improve audience retention and growth. Manage and mentor multidisciplinary production teams while partnering with sales, clients, and operations to deliver ambitious content efficiently and within budget.
