Corporate Counsel will lead commercial contracting across EMEA and globally, negotiating SaaS, cloud services, professional services, and data processing agreements. The role partners with Sales, Finance, InfoSec, Privacy, and Professional Services; builds legal operations, templates, playbooks, and AI-enabled workflows; and advises on GDPR and EU AI Act compliance. Candidates need a law qualification, EMEA admission, at least seven years of in-house software or SaaS experience, legal technology expertise, strong commercial negotiation skills, and fluent English.
