Interim role to develop a credible, evidence-based investor narrative supported by robust data governance. Ensure KPI definitions, reconciliations and controls align source data, management reporting and investor materials. Partner with Finance, Strategy, Risk, Compliance and Communications to prepare investor presentations, scripts and Q&A, resolve inconsistencies, and establish disciplined review and sign-off processes. Support senior leaders to present defensible performance, outlook and risk messaging.

Provide specialised client administration and account management support to paraplanners and financial planners. Serve as client contact, manage documentation, execute transactions (switches, withdrawals, contributions), maintain CRM and data integrity, liaise with providers, and support process management and training within the Wealth Operations team.
