Leads business analysis and adoption of AI-enabled solutions and clinical trial systems. Gathers requirements, documents functional specifications, supports configurations, integrations, testing, UAT, releases, training, and change management. Partners with clinical, business, Innovation, and technology teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency. Develops AI agents, prompt libraries, SOPs, training materials, and governance resources while supporting audits, inspections, and CAPA activities.

Conduct clinical trial feasibility assessments across global studies, analyzing protocols, recruitment history, epidemiology, treatment landscapes, countries, sites, and patient pools. Translate evidence into operational recommendations, identify feasibility risks, present findings to clients and stakeholders, and coordinate site and investigator outreach. Collaborate across clinical operations, medical, business development, consultants, investigators, and data partners while contributing to feasibility methods, tools, and best practices.

Lead process improvement and change-management initiatives within a CRO/pharma operations group. Evaluate workflows, design and implement business processes, drive adoption, document procedures, develop training, measure performance, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
