Own end-to-end product discovery, shaping, proposal, and delivery for Perlego’s Platform Experience squad. Analyze quantitative and qualitative evidence, identify opportunities, define bets tied to squad KPIs, brief engineers and designers, engage stakeholders, conduct user research, prioritize trade-offs, and oversee delivery. The role focuses on search, recommendations, AI tools for students, digital bookshelves, and mobile eReader experiences.

Own conversion rate optimization across Perlego’s direct-to-consumer growth funnels, from acquisition and landing pages through signup, onboarding, checkout, and re-engagement. Define squad KPIs, identify and prioritize experiments, analyze funnel and cohort data, and deliver measurable conversion gains. Lead cross-functional teams, shape roadmap priorities, collaborate on AI-powered workflows and SEO initiatives, and independently scope and ship product improvements.

Develop and maintain web and mobile platform features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS. Build distributed cloud systems and serverless backends, contribute to architecture and technical design, write tested and secure code, and collaborate with product, design, engineering, customers, and business stakeholders. Support features from discovery through production while contributing to an Agile, cross-functional squad.

Ensure availability, reliability and scalability of AWS-based services. Manage IaC, CI/CD for containerised and serverless apps, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch, respond to incidents, drive cost optimisation and platform improvements.
