Own month-end close and management accounts, ensure ledger integrity in Xero, and handle technical accounting (accruals, prepayments, payroll journals). Build FP&A models, KPI reporting and forecasts. Partner with RevOps and Data to build dashboards, extract and analyse datasets (cohort and attribution), and automate data flows between Stripe, HubSpot and Xero. Drive process improvements and translate financial insights for senior leadership.

Own and evolve Perlego’s D2C subscription experience, driving retention, reactivation, billing, and subscription packaging. Lead a lean squad, run experiments, dig into cohort and payment data, partner with RevOps/Finance, and present insights to leadership to grow ARPU and CLTV.

Provide frontline customer support via chat and email, validate and document technical issues and bugs, handle billing and account requests, respond to public reviews, maintain inbox and help centre content, contribute to CX playbook and team workshops, and track KPIs like response time and issue resolution.

Ensure availability, reliability and scalability of AWS-based services. Manage IaC, CI/CD for containerised and serverless apps, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch, respond to incidents, drive cost optimisation and platform improvements.
