Lead and execute complex employee listening programs across multiple methodologies. Gather requirements, advise on best practices, mitigate risks, optimize processes, collaborate with Customer Success and Sales, mentor junior team members, and maintain organized program documentation and timelines using Certinia, Gainsight, and other enterprise tools.

Temporary 3-month role supporting employee survey programs: build/configure surveys, clean and visualize data in Excel, draft executive PowerPoint outputs, synthesize qualitative feedback, perform QA, and support impact analysis and project tasks alongside consultants and program managers.

Lead end-to-end advisory engagements translating employee insights into action. Design surveys and listening events, configure the Perceptyx platform, deliver executive presentations, apply behavioral science and AI agents, perform impact and ROI analysis, and partner with CSMs to drive expansion while supporting large enterprise accounts and ensuring reporting quality.
