Own the commercial and strategic health of a portfolio of SaaS accounts, including renewals, expansion, QBRs, roadmap conversations, stakeholder relationships, and account planning. Partner with Customer Success Technical Managers to align platform delivery with account strategy. Maintain accurate client documentation and proactively identify opportunities to increase customer value, retention, and revenue.

Own and improve People Operations systems across HiBob, Ashby, and Remote. Build automations, workflows, and AI agents; maintain data integrity and integrations; manage onboarding and employee lifecycle changes; create SOPs; and establish validation, alerts, and compliance safeguards. The role partners with stakeholders on UK employment matters while continuously reducing manual work and improving process speed, accuracy, and employee experience.

Lead Pencil’s legal operations for client and vendor contracting, including complex enterprise agreements, MSAs, terms, DPAs, and privacy policies. Advise product teams on AI capabilities, data privacy, intellectual property, and evolving regulations such as the EU AI Act and GDPR. Align vendor obligations with client commitments, manage legal risk, brief leadership, and develop thought leadership on Generative AI law in advertising.

Own day-to-day security operations across endpoints, identity and access, cloud, and SaaS tools. Administer MDM, patching, encryption, device compliance, and joiner/mover/leaver processes. Monitor alerts, investigate incidents, support access reviews, and improve security controls. Contribute compliance evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001, plus vendor and customer security questionnaires. The role also provides practical desktop and device support while developing broader audit, compliance, and vendor-risk expertise.
