Conduct initial conversations with startup founders, understand their fundraising stage and needs, qualify fit for Pairs, explain services and pricing, book next steps, run platform demos, close suitable opportunities, and maintain relationships with founders who are not yet ready. The role requires building trust across global markets, accurately documenting founder and fundraising information, setting realistic expectations, and collaborating directly with co-founders and the closing team.

Conducts first calls with founders raising capital, qualifies their fundraising needs, explains the company’s investor-access platform, and books next steps. Manages the sales pipeline through signing, passing, or re-engagement. Runs demos and closes platform-tier deals, maintains accurate founder records, and provides written handoffs to the closing team. The role emphasizes consultative selling, honest expectation-setting, and sound judgment when determining whether the company can help.

Own Pairs’ public brand presence across AI assistants, search, press, directories, and reputation channels. Create citable content, improve search and AI visibility, secure earned media, maintain consistent company information, and measure results through qualified conversations. The role requires hands-on writing, media pitching, SEO fundamentals, startup and venture knowledge, and disciplined use of AI tools. It is fully remote and asynchronous with limited daily overlap with US Eastern time.

Own the content calendar and weekly production across articles, LinkedIn and X posts, newsletters, and short-form video. Transform founder and investor interviews, transcripts, and raw viewpoints into polished stories and clips. Write, edit, publish, and measure content performance while collaborating with brand and design teams. The role reports directly to the co-founders and requires strong editorial judgment, video editing ability, consistent execution, and practical daily use of AI tools.

Research active investors, understand their investment criteria, and build relationships with family offices, angels, and early-stage funds. Write personalized outreach, convert replies into calls, qualify investor interest, and arrange meetings between suitable investors and founders. Maintain a growing investor network while applying judgment, discretion, and knowledge of venture financing structures. The role is fully remote, asynchronous, and offers a base salary plus commission.

Build and manage relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, angel investors, and other direct investors. Grow the investor network, understand investor preferences and commitment readiness, match investors with suitable private-company opportunities, and maintain ongoing engagement. The role requires personally developed investor relationships, experience converting an investor relationship into a direct private-round investment, strong discretion, and daily use of AI tools. The position is fully remote and includes a base salary plus commission.

Own Pairs’ brand strategy, positioning, voice, visual identity, editorial output, social channels, newsletters, reports, and video content. Create and publish written content, repurpose founder and investor interviews, direct and edit story shoots, manage brand perception, and build a team over time. The role reports directly to the co-founders and operates fully remotely in an asynchronous environment.
