Qualify leads, communicate PagerDuty’s value proposition, use discovery techniques with practitioners and management, nurture prospects, and generate pipeline for Account Executives. The role requires meeting sales goals, maintaining customer relationships, collaborating effectively, managing multiple opportunities, and using Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Gong Engage, and Demandbase.

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion. Build executive relationships, execute strategic account plans, drive Operations Cloud adoption, manage complex multi-product deals, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts using MEDDICC, and collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure retention and ROI.
