Seeking native-speaking voice talent across European and Latin American locales to record service speech for synthetic enterprise voices. Candidates should have warm, clear, conversational voices and authentic regional accents. Prior voice experience and professional equipment are advantageous but not required. Selected talent will submit samples, record a custom script, and complete one approximately one-hour directed remote session. The engagement is paid, with terms established before recording.

Build and scale Omilia’s UK partner ecosystem by recruiting, enabling, and managing system integrators, technology alliances, and CCaaS partners. Develop joint business and go-to-market plans, generate partner-sourced pipeline, coordinate co-selling, manage agreements, lead onboarding and certification, monitor partner KPIs, maintain CRM data, and report revenue and program performance to UK sales leadership.

Operate and maintain production clusters, build observability (metrics, logs, traces) and automation, respond to incidents, create runbooks and troubleshooting documentation, collaborate with engineering teams, participate in on-call rotations, and drive reliability culture and continuous improvement.
