Own and operate the internal platform for engineering: design and run Kubernetes and bare-metal infrastructure, automate via Terraform/Ansible and scripting, build CI/CD and self-service tooling, optimise networking and storage for ML/hardware workloads, implement monitoring and security (IAM, secrets, threat detection), and drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Design, build, and own CI/build/test pipelines for a compiler/runtime/simulator stack; scale and parallelize large test suites, manage heterogeneous CI runner fleets and scarce hardware, implement perf-regression baselines and observability, and define hermetic, safe-by-default build and test standards to maximize developer velocity.

Lead and build the internal engineering platform and IT operations team. Own compute, storage, networking, CI/CD, provisioning automation, identity and device management, and observability. Drive security-first infrastructure, enable engineering velocity across hardware, software, ML, and compiler teams, and scale foundational IT functions and processes in a high-growth startup.

Design and deliver mechanical architecture for high-performance compute platforms: chassis, cooling, rack integration, thermal/structural analysis, prototyping, qualification, and production support while collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
