Manage a portfolio of client accounts, lead onboarding and campaign launches, set up and optimize programmatic/managed campaigns, monitor performance and account health, deliver reporting and training, and identify upsell and optimization opportunities to support client retention and growth.

Build and grow executive relationships with WPP and other agency holdcos, own forecasting and pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, surface product needs to Product, deliver high customer service and represent Ogury at industry events to drive revenue.

Own Ogury's CTV and cross-screen video GTM: define persona-driven product proposition, set revenue and pricing strategy, align Product, Sales and Ops, enable commercial teams, represent Ogury at industry events, and drive measurable pilot campaigns and scaling.

As a Junior Accountant, you will manage financial operations such as accounts payable, bank reconciliations, VAT compliance, and fixed asset oversight, supporting German and Swiss entities while ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
