Lead experiential and spatial design projects from concept through execution, creating mood boards, floor plans, 3D models, renderings, and technical layouts. Present concepts to clients, collaborate with creative and production teams, oversee design implementation, quality-control shop drawings and fabrication, participate in installations, mentor junior designers, and explore emerging technologies including AI-supported workflows.

Lead creative concept development and execution for large-scale brand experiences and campaigns. Inspire junior creatives, collaborate with senior agency stakeholders, present ideas to clients, contribute to pitches, track creative trends, and build strong client relationships. The role requires a strong experiential portfolio, marketing awareness, at least five years of agency experience, and hybrid work in Central London.

Leads senior client relationships and the commercial performance of assigned accounts. Owns revenue, profitability, forecasting, account growth, strategic counsel, portfolio oversight, and cross-functional coordination across Accounts, Production, Strategy, Creative, and Content. Drives organic growth, pitches, proposals, and new business while resolving client and commercial challenges. Mentors account teams and serves as a senior client partner onsite for priority programs.
