Lead clinical trial projects from site selection through study close-out, serving as primary client contact. Supports process improvement, operational documentation, analytical tools, and cross-functional business acquisition activities.

Lead end-to-end delivery of global clinical trials, managing project planning, budgets, cross-functional teams, vendor oversight, site activation, TMF/eTMF quality, regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP), risk mitigation, sponsor communications, and inspection readiness from start-up through close-out.

Guides complex, high-value opportunities and drives consistent operational excellence across a geographically distributed portfolio.

Partners with Business Development, Finance, Clinical Operations, Medical, and regional teams to create proposal content, support sponsor meetings and bid defenses, and transition awarded studies to delivery teams. Improves operational strategy processes, documentation, analytical tools, and proposal quality while mentoring colleagues and managing cross-functional priorities.

Lead portfolio growth and oversee multiple global clinical development projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, risk mitigation, financial performance, and delivery success. Manage and coach Project Directors and Project Managers, allocate resources, support business development, develop strategic offerings, and contribute to therapeutic-area planning. Serve as a senior client contact while monitoring project KPIs, budgets, timelines, profitability, and operational performance.
