Manage up to 20 enterprise customers across the UK and Ireland, driving adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion of Nexthink’s digital employee experience platform. Develop customer success plans, lead DEX workshops and executive business reviews, track customer health and business outcomes, identify risks and upsell opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to technical and executive stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing while maintaining accurate CRM data.

Generates new business revenue across an assigned enterprise territory through account and territory planning, partner engagement, prospecting, consultative selling, pipeline development, and sales process management. The role develops regional sales strategies, collaborates with marketing and partners, qualifies opportunities, closes software and solution sales, and manages ongoing customer relationships to support satisfaction and revenue growth.

Leads global treasury operations, including banking relationships, cash forecasting, liquidity management, cash pooling, intercompany funding, debt covenant compliance, investments, foreign currency hedging, treasury compliance, reporting automation, bank fee optimization, payment processing, and support for financing transactions and M&A. Collaborates with Finance, Tax, Accounting, Procurement, and Sales Operations in a global environment.
