Manage operational activities for planning, initiation, conduct, and closeout of domestic and global clinical studies. Serve as primary clinical operations contact; manage CROs and internal CRAs; lead study meetings, timelines, monitoring, enrollment strategies, and cross-functional processes to ensure regulatory-compliant trial execution.

Lead clinical operations strategy and execution for all-phase studies. Oversee CROs, vendors, budgets, timelines, compliance (ICH/GCP/FDA/EU), cross-functional interactions, process improvements, metrics, and manage and develop a team of clinical operations leaders and staff.

Support planning, initiation, conduct and close-out of domestic and global clinical studies. Manage essential documents, IRB/IEC submissions, eTMF maintenance and QC, vendor/CRO interactions, and study administrative tasks. Assist CTMs with timelines, monitoring, consent document review, translations, and inspection readiness to ensure GCP and regulatory compliance.
