Design, prototype and implement enemy behaviours, AI systems and boss encounters for a first-person shooter mobile title. Collaborate with Level Design, Combat Design, art, animation, audio and engineering to polish, balance and iterate on encounters using data and playtests.

Design and own metagame, progression, economy and engagement features for a live mobile FPS. Prototype, document and collaborate with art, UX, engineering and product teams; analyze player data and KPIs to iterate and balance systems. Manage multiple features through live operations to boost retention and engagement.

Lead the end-to-end UX/UI vision for an unannounced mobile live-service title, manage and mentor a team of designers, create and maintain design systems, oversee wireframes to Unreal Engine implementation, collaborate with Art and Product leadership, and use player data and testing to iterate during live operations.
