Owns technically complex enterprise solutions integrating Nasuni with cloud platforms, security products, data services, and partner technologies. Designs and builds lab environments, validates architectures, troubleshoots integrations, manages technical alliance relationships, and translates customer feedback into product and integration improvements. Requires hands-on expertise across storage, networking, identity, security, virtualization, hybrid cloud, and emerging AI infrastructure.

Manage a portfolio of strategic EMEA customers to drive adoption, retention, and measurable business outcomes. Build executive relationships, create success plans, run Executive Value Reviews, monitor customer health using Gainsight, mitigate risk, coordinate cross-functional teams, and promote customer advocacy and product adoption.

Own recurring GRC workflows including third-party risk assessments, customer security requests, security awareness, access reviews, audit evidence collection, and risk and policy tracking. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, maintain audit-ready records, support SOC and ISO assessments, identify remediation needs, and improve or automate GRC processes using approved tools and AI while protecting confidential information.
