Own the full enterprise sales cycle across the UK and Europe, from account targeting and outbound pipeline generation through discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing. Build C-level relationships, understand complex delivery operations, collaborate with product and engineering on tailored solutions, manage accurate CRM forecasts, and provide market feedback. The role requires quota ownership, complex enterprise deal experience, and regular travel across the region.

Investigate and resolve complex platform and integration issues for enterprise merchants, coordinate P1 incident response, monitor observability dashboards, escalate actionable issues to Engineering, and document resolutions to build the knowledge base. Serve as escalation owner and provide overflow support for Delivery Support during peak windows.

The Brand Design Lead will define and evolve the Nash brand strategy, design marketing sites, prototype quickly using A.I. tools, and ensure the brand's visual identity has human authenticity. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and set the standard for craft in the company.
