Drive payer research, HTA and reimbursement tools, stakeholder engagement, evidence generation planning, pricing frameworks, policy advocacy, and local pull-through and training to optimize patient access and support market expansion.

Lead cross-functional projects (product launches, pricing, market access, M&A assessments), manage risks and milestones, and coordinate stakeholder engagement and leadership meeting operations.

Lead creation and delivery of a global commercial capability, training, onboarding, and enablement strategy. Design frameworks, curricula, adoption programs, governance, and measurement to improve commercial effectiveness across sales, marketing, market access, and customer-facing teams. Partner cross-functionally to localize solutions, drive technology adoption, manage vendors, and demonstrate learning impact on business outcomes.

Lead international tax and transfer pricing strategy execution, advise on cross-border tax, support M&A and restructurings, manage tax controversy and audits, drive tax projects and digital improvements, and partner with senior stakeholders across finance, legal, and commercial teams.

Lead development and global rollout of a unified Key Account Management framework: strategy, governance, capability building, account planning, performance measurement, and digital enablement to drive consistent, insight-driven engagement and value creation across Mundipharma's priority customers and markets.
