Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, create technical designs and test plans, manage third-party delivery, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure solutions meet architecture, compliance, supportability, and lifecycle standards. Use AI-assisted development and Azure services to simplify processes, improve workflows, and reduce support overhead.

Partner with the VP Commercial to shape and execute commercial strategy. Deliver market research, competitive intelligence, executive presentations, dashboards, and performance tracking. Lead cross-functional projects (product launches, pricing, market access, M&A assessments), manage risks and milestones, and coordinate stakeholder engagement and leadership meeting operations.

Lead international tax and transfer pricing strategy execution, advise on cross-border tax, support M&A and restructurings, manage tax controversy and audits, drive tax projects and digital improvements, and partner with senior stakeholders across finance, legal, and commercial teams.

Lead development and global rollout of a unified Key Account Management framework: strategy, governance, capability building, account planning, performance measurement, and digital enablement to drive consistent, insight-driven engagement and value creation across Mundipharma's priority customers and markets.

Lead and deliver Oracle EBS application management and production support for Supply Chain modules, manage AMS team, resolve critical incidents, oversee integrations (Anaplan, SAP, ASCP), support upgrades/ADOP, align supply chain with finance, manage vendor/Oracle SRs, ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement and embed AI solutions into ERP workflows.
