Provide day-to-day administration and servicing for high-net-worth and institutional Global Capital Markets clients, acting as primary contact. Process transactions, establish accounts, handle disbursements, trades and trust terminations, support account representatives, manage internal/external partner relationships, ensure compliance with policies and controls, and resolve client inquiries promptly.

Manage client relationships and daily administration for moderately to highly complex Global Capital Markets accounts. Oversee operations, risk and regulatory compliance, draft and negotiate documentation, coordinate with legal and risk partners, support sales and fee billing, mentor junior staff, lead projects to enhance controls and service delivery, and represent GCM at client meetings and transaction closings.

Designs, develops and executes manual and automated tests for web, API and mobile applications. Integrates automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, reports and verifies defects, performs root-cause analysis, maintains test data and documentation, and ensures regulatory and internal control compliance.

Manage UK corporate secretariat and governance services for capital-markets SPVs, including director oversight, board packs/minutes, statutory filings, regulatory compliance (Companies Act, Listing Rules, MAR), client relationship management, billing, risk controls, and team supervision. Provide technical input on structures, review legal/tax advice, liaise with regulators/advisors, and lead process improvements.

The GCM Unit Manager I oversees relationships, coaches staff, ensures compliance with policies, and manages risk in service delivery, promoting business growth.
