Support growth in the Dutch and Belgian market by identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities, conducting account and market research, executing prospect outreach, maintaining CRM and pipeline reporting, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Success to build enterprise sales pipeline across asset managers, owners, banks, and financial institutions.

Provide high-quality inbound telephone and email support to advisers across a global client base, resolving platform, investment and tax wrapper queries. Act as a subject matter expert, handle complex or escalated issues, coach colleagues, support onboarding and training, and contribute to process improvements, QA and stakeholder engagement to improve adviser outcomes.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities via high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn). Identify and engage decision-makers, conduct discovery to qualify leads, and hand off pipeline to Regional Sales. Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client service while meeting daily outbound activity and performance goals.
