Owns and executes 360-degree marketing strategies across European markets, spanning brand, digital, lead generation, PR, partnerships, events, and offline campaigns. The role drives customer acquisition, supports sales pipeline and revenue goals, manages budgets and agencies, leads launches for new locations, develops marketing and sales materials, and measures campaign performance and ROI. It requires international market experience, strong commercial judgment, analytical skills, and occasional travel across Europe.

Leads Mindspace’s global Marketing organization and commercial growth strategy. Owns brand, PR, demand generation, digital and performance marketing, lead-to-revenue funnel optimization, sales enablement, CRM and analytics, digital customer journeys, member experience, and revenue opportunities. Partners with Sales, Operations, Product, regional leaders, and market GMs to build a scalable global commercial model while developing a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
