Advise technology and investor clients on communications and public affairs: set strategy, produce written content and major communications moments, manage teams, use AI and media tools for research and insight, deliver integrated campaigns, and contribute to business development and an inclusive team culture.

Lead research and analysis to inform communications and policy advice for clients across technology, investment and media. Monitor media and policy using platforms and AI tools, draft tailored content for varied audiences, support strategy development, manage project logistics, and collaborate across teams to deliver client-ready insights.

Provide front-of-house and office operations support for the London office: maintain meeting rooms and supplies, manage vendors and subscriptions, handle IT/AV setup and troubleshooting, reconcile monthly credit card transactions, coordinate gifting and events, track time data, support travel and diary tasks, use AI tools to build simple systems, and act as fire warden/first aider when required.

Embed in client teams to scope ambiguous AI and policy/communications briefs, build bespoke AI-powered tools and prototypes using the studio tech stack, lead client engagements end-to-end, develop internal products, and translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders while contributing to the wider communications and policy practice.

The Policy Communications Consultant will develop and execute communication strategies for policy issues, advise clients, manage teams, and drive business growth.

As a Communications & Policy Analyst, you'll conduct research, analyze regulations and media, contribute to client strategies, and draft communication tailored for various audiences. You'll also help manage logistics and foster a collaborative team culture.
