Oversee residential construction site delivery, ensuring labour and subcontractors meet build programmes, health and safety requirements, quality standards, budgets, and project targets. Coordinate materials, services, and subcontract orders with Commercial teams, maintain communication with senior leadership, and lead site teams across high-volume housebuilding developments.

Supports the Site Manager on a residential housing development by coordinating direct and subcontract labour, monitoring construction activities against the build programme, enforcing health and safety requirements, maintaining site security and traffic management, and providing management cover when required. The role requires experience in a similar position, preferably with a housebuilder, along with planning, organisational, monitoring and relevant industry qualification skills.

Coordinate with commercial teams, maintain orders and subcontract packages, communicate with senior leadership, and lead site teams toward successful development delivery and industry awards.

Supports the Site Manager in coordinating construction activities, labour, subcontractors, build-programme schedules, health and safety compliance, site security, traffic management, and public access. Provides site-management cover during the manager’s absence and monitors day-to-day construction progress to ensure work meets company standards and programme requirements.

Coordinates technical matters for a regional housebuilding team, linking design and on-site construction. Responsibilities include prioritizing technical workloads, managing consultant and subcontractor proposals, securing approvals, issuing project information, supporting site starts, and making regional technical decisions. Requires housebuilding or related technical coordination experience, knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC standards, relevant HND, HNC, or degree qualifications, and professional institute membership or equivalent expertise.

Manage site delivery for a residential development, ensuring labour and subcontractors follow the build programme, health and safety plan, quality standards, and construction targets. Coordinate materials, services, and subcontractor orders with Commercial, oversee the site team, and maintain communication with Contracts Management and senior directors. The role also involves driving performance toward internal and external construction, safety, and quality awards.
