Manage site delivery for a residential development, ensuring labour and subcontractors follow the build programme, health and safety plan, quality standards, and construction targets. Coordinate materials, services, and subcontractor orders with Commercial, oversee the site team, and maintain communication with Contracts Management and senior directors. The role also involves driving performance toward internal and external construction, safety, and quality awards.

Oversee and develop the regional Technical Department, providing strategic technical, design, engineering, planning, and land acquisition support. Lead team performance, ensure commercial and regulatory awareness, and advise regional management on technical matters and development opportunities. Establish clear objectives, promote innovation and professional development, and manage competing business priorities.

Manage the development sales function from pre-start through post-completion, serving as the primary contact for prospective and existing homebuyers. Responsibilities include securing home sales, managing customer expectations throughout the buying journey, maintaining development presentation standards, resolving issues, and reporting on matters affecting sales performance.
