Oversee front-end/service operations, POS and self-checkout accuracy, BOPIS fulfillment, specialty in-store programs (balloons, knit & sew, cut bar, framing), enroll customers in loyalty and protection plans, and maintain asset protection and SOP compliance.

Lead store selling culture and front-end/service operations to drive sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Coach team, provide MOD coverage, oversee POS/self-checkout, manage in-store programs (balloons, parties, Knit & Sew, Cut Bar, custom framing), support BOPIS/Same Day Delivery, promote loyalty and protection plans, and enforce asset protection and company standards.

Provide friendly customer service and custom picture framing: build customer relationships, complete framing orders accurately and on time, maintain ready-made frame department, support merchandising, stocking, cash handling, and store safety. Operate framing equipment and assist with omni-channel processes and truck unloads.
