Operate, support and improve CPRD's Azure cloud infrastructure and research services. Maintain secure, resilient, high-availability platforms, manage incidents, implement changes, liaise with suppliers, and drive service improvements and automation to meet business needs.

Lead and embed a new MedTech licensing operating model by managing project delivery and human-centric change. Plan and implement change interventions, manage stakeholder engagement across the Agency and cross-government, identify and mitigate risks, and drive organisational design, behaviours, roles and ways of working to ensure sustainable adoption.

Lead handling of complex Freedom of Information requests, internal reviews and ICO investigations; advise and train colleagues on FOIA application; draft and approve legally compliant responses; manage escalations, high‑profile cases and support transition of Parliamentary questions into the Customer Experience Centre; shape transparency standards across the agency.

Lead development of medical device audit strategy, drive MHRA's MDSAP membership and technical approach, perform horizon scanning, provide technical leadership, mentorship and guidance to auditors, and engage national and international stakeholders to influence device audit practices.
