Lead and scale strategic partnerships across travel, hospitality, loyalty and payments. Own partnership evaluation, business cases, launch, operational readiness, KPI-driven optimisation, CRM integration, cross-functional delivery and partner relationship management to drive incremental footfall, sales uplift and customer acquisition.

Support execution, optimisation and reporting of paid digital media across European markets. Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok; monitor tagging and measurement; produce dashboards and performance analysis; collaborate with regional teams, CRM, IT, website and agencies; support A/B testing and keep business listings updated.

Provide commercially focused in-house legal support across commercial real estate, leasing, contracts, construction, planning, debt recovery, disputes, ESG, governance and ad hoc matters; manage external counsel, advise stakeholders, support property/development projects, mentor junior staff and deputise for the Senior Legal Manager as required.

Lead regional media planning and investment, optimise channel mix using insight and econometrics, craft content and customer journeys across web, SEO and paid channels, own social and influencer strategy, produce actionable reporting, and line-manage regional creative roles for a 12-month maternity cover.

Lead the CRM and loyalty transformation, translating strategy into prioritized plans. Improve the McArthurGlen Club loyalty proposition, leverage customer data and insights for retention and reactivation, partner with product, data and tech teams to enhance platforms and personalization, set testing and optimisation standards, and lead the CRM and loyalty team across multiple markets.
