The Principal Engineer will shape Masabi's platform architecture, deliver scalable services, act as a technical leader, and navigate complex platform challenges. Responsibilities include design, delivery, influencing technical decisions, and contributing to technical documentation and forums.

Own day-to-day People Operations for a UK-based, globally distributed workforce: onboarding, employee queries, contracts, benefits, HR systems (BambooHR), payroll inputs and vendor coordination. Improve processes, maintain people data, ensure compliance and audit readiness, support people programs (reviews, engagement, compensation), and build scalable, automated workflows to enhance employee experience.

The Principal Engineer (Payments) will lead the technical direction of Masabi's payments platform, designing scalable systems, supporting teams, and facilitating complex technical challenges in payments integration.

Fixed-term (12 months) Marketing Manager to execute and localize B2B SaaS marketing across the UK, Spain, and Italy. Responsible for demand generation, account-based campaigns, events, webinars, content creation, sales collaboration, and regional PR to drive pipeline and regional presence.
