Lead international lifecycle and CRM marketing across non-Australian markets, guiding members from signup to first booking and eventually repeat purchases, loyalty, and referrals. Own campaigns, incentives, segmentation, experimentation, dashboards, and performance reporting using Braze and customer data. Partner with Product, Analytics, Paid, Commercial, and regional teams to improve conversion, tailor offers, and adapt lifecycle programs as markets expand. Manage and develop a Marketing Coordinator while reporting international growth priorities to the CMO.

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales inquiries for luxury travel packages. Provide accurate service and pricing information, recommend suitable solutions, explain upgrades, follow up on leads, achieve sales KPIs, and resolve customer complaints. The role requires strong communication, customer-service, and phone-based sales skills, flexible availability across evenings and weekends, and a competitive, goal-driven approach.
