Lead technical direction for mobile ad SDK and ad format development, owning architecture, cross-platform compatibility, system performance, reliability, testing, experimentation, and release strategies. Drive ambiguous cross-team initiatives, mentor engineers, influence roadmap decisions, uphold engineering standards, and contribute to hiring and leveling. The role focuses on scalable, low-latency systems using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS technologies.

Own and grow key accounts while exceeding revenue targets, managing forecasts and complex negotiations, advancing pipeline, and closing high-value deals. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver customer solutions and influence roadmap priorities. Analyze data using Looker, AI, and Google Sheets to develop actionable insights. Coach junior team members and contribute to feedback culture. Travel includes client meetings, industry events, and quarterly in-person gatherings.

Manage and optimize customer campaigns throughout the account lifecycle. Serve as a technical liaison between clients, sales, revenue, product, and engineering teams; support onboarding and campaign launches; analyze performance trends; design A/B tests; build dashboards and visualizations; troubleshoot issues; improve processes; and mentor junior team members.
