Leads Agile Release Train execution, PI planning, release management, environment scheduling, configuration governance, and build and branch controls. Facilitates Inspect and Adapt sessions, manages release scope, ensures Jira workflow hygiene, governs Bitbucket pull requests, coordinates deployments, and produces internal and customer-facing release documentation. The role coordinates Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and customer stakeholders to deliver software safely and efficiently in a controlled environment.

Provide 3rd-line support for core, high-security networks: advanced fault diagnosis, remediation, change and problem management, maintenance, documentation, and project support. Troubleshoot physical and virtual networking, multiple firewall platforms, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and contribute to continual service improvement on critical national security systems.
