Build Ledgy’s AI systems, including its in-app agent, MCP server, agent tools, evaluation infrastructure, and reusable AI platform capabilities. Design orchestration, context, prompting, state, streaming, observability, and safe execution over live equity data. Improve agent quality through evaluations, tracing, regression testing, and customer feedback while managing reliability, cost, and latency. Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and customers, contribute to architecture, and mentor other engineers.

Build and ship reliable, scalable software features for Ledgy’s equity management and financial reporting platform. The role involves contributing across the stack, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers, owning well-scoped projects, participating in code reviews and architecture discussions, and translating complex equity workflows into maintainable user experiences. Engineers will work with data models, automation, reporting, tax workflows, integrations, and scalability while growing toward senior-level ownership.
