Build and ship reliable, scalable software features for Ledgy’s equity management and financial reporting platform. The role involves contributing across the stack, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers, owning well-scoped projects, participating in code reviews and architecture discussions, and translating complex equity workflows into maintainable user experiences. Engineers will work with data models, automation, reporting, tax workflows, integrations, and scalability while growing toward senior-level ownership.

Design and build scalable software systems for an equity management and financial reporting platform. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver robust features, data models, workflows, integrations, and user experiences. Depending on the team, work may involve equity transactions, financial reporting, AI systems, or tax capabilities. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, system design, and mentoring while maintaining tested, reliable solutions for critical business operations.

Lead and coach a feature-team of engineers while remaining hands-on through code reviews, architecture discussions, and selective coding. Set technical and product direction, partner with Product and Design, and guide development of compensation, savings, tax, or AI features. Establish delivery rhythms, improve complex domain areas, support career development, and promote responsible AI-assisted engineering practices.
