Lead Ledger’s Salesforce ecosystem across Enterprise and consumer environments. Manage and mentor Salesforce Administrators, oversee platform architecture and system health, and serve as the Agentforce subject-matter expert. Develop Apex and Lightning Web Components, manage Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, releases, CI/CD, governance, and technical documentation. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable customer-support tooling and lead AI initiatives improving efficiency and customer experience.

Own institutional client relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Guide technical integrations, drive product adoption, identify upsell opportunities, negotiate renewals, lead business reviews, maintain account plans, and relay client feedback to Product. The role serves banks, exchanges, custodians, and fintechs across EMEA, requiring comfort with enterprise software, digital assets, security concepts, and occasional client travel.
