Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation and statistical analysis, client presentations, due diligence, research, reporting, issue resolution, and client interaction. Supports financial advisory transaction teams through financial and statistical analysis, company and industry research, and client presentation materials. Supports the Compliance Director and Legal & Compliance function across regulatory advisory, compliance monitoring, financial crime prevention, client due diligence, sanctions screening, regulatory change, policy updates, reporting, and compliance training. The role also assists with identifying and remediating compliance issues, maintaining KYC records and compliance systems, responding to regulatory enquiries, and coordinating compliance standards across European offices.

Senior Analyst supporting Lazard’s Technology M&A team by building and reviewing financial models, conducting valuation and transaction analysis, preparing client presentations, assisting with due diligence and execution, and developing client relationships. The role requires strong accounting, analytical, communication, regulatory, and project-management skills, along with the ability to manage junior bankers and deliver accurate work in a high-pressure investment banking environment.
