The role collaborates with asset managers, lenders, issuers, and cross-functional credit experts.

Lead RMBS ratings assignments from inception through completion, including collateral analysis, cash flow and structural modelling, surveillance, credit committee materials, and research reports. Communicate credit opinions to internal and external stakeholders, apply structured finance methodologies, manage deadlines, and represent the organization at reviews or conferences. The role requires mortgage and credit risk expertise, quantitative analysis, Excel/VBA proficiency, strong writing and presentation skills, and travel between the EU and UK.

Supports credit research and ratings analysis for funds and investment vehicles. Responsibilities include developing cash flow and asset coverage models, preparing credit memos and publications, participating in management diligence meetings, maintaining spreadsheets and databases, and collaborating across financial sectors. The role requires strong financial analysis, advanced Excel and cash flow modeling skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and an interest in fund investment and credit strategies.

Provides broad in-house legal counsel across contracts, client engagement letters, vendor agreements, corporate governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and international operations. Advises business development and internal teams, supports regulatory examinations and submissions involving UK, EU, and US authorities, assists with registrations and regulatory research, and manages corporate agreements and governance documentation.

The Assistant General Counsel will manage privacy, data protection, and contract-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and supporting internal teams on legal questions.

The Privacy Associate will handle privacy and data protection issues, conduct assessments, draft contracts, and liaise with regulators while collaborating with various internal teams.
