The role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership across European and US markets, driving scalable prospecting, qualification, conversion, and team development.

Advise managers and leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, succession, engagement, and talent retention. Lead the people side of the Kolsquare-Storyclash integration, establish foundational HR processes, support the Austrian Works Council, analyze people data, and coordinate limited hiring support for helloCash. The role requires strong Austrian labor-law knowledge, conflict-navigation skills, and fluent German and English.
