Owns multinational VAT and indirect tax compliance across Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. Responsibilities include managing VAT/GST returns, sales listings, Intrastat filings, compliance calendars, audits, tax authority inquiries, registrations, external advisors, and compliance documentation. The role supervises and develops a VAT Analyst, provides practical VAT guidance, supports e-invoicing initiatives, and improves processes, controls, data quality, and tax operations.

Lead and mentor a small design team while contributing hands-on to high-end print and digital marketing collateral. Manage external vendors, oversee production, uphold brand standards, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of visually compelling materials across campaigns, events, websites, social media, and presentations.
