Supports new business acquisition across the UK and Europe by maintaining sales pipeline data, researching prospects, coordinating outreach, managing media consultant relationships, supporting prospect meetings, and coordinating RFI/RFP responses. The role also involves preparing pitch and sales materials, tracking follow-up actions and deadlines, and collaborating with Marketing on external content. It is execution-focused and does not own business development strategy, revenue targets, or team management.

Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across paid channels: planning, setup, execution, QA, optimisation and reporting. Produce media plans and weekly client reports, communicate performance insights, troubleshoot platform issues, and train junior analysts to improve efficiency and campaign outcomes.
