The role partners with the Financial Controller and CFO on group-wide projects, supports leadership reporting, and mentors junior finance staff. It requires a qualified accountant with IFRS and UK GAAP expertise and experience in project-based businesses.

Leads creative direction across projects, assigning Creative Directors, shaping concepts, ensuring quality, and meeting client, budget, and schedule objectives. Owns creative pitch strategy and presentations, mentors creative staff, monitors industry trends, and maintains consistency across project outputs. Manages creative team performance, hiring, development, training, and thought leadership while fostering an innovative, high-performance culture.

Leads producers and complex experiential projects, overseeing delivery, budgets, margins, scope, client relationships, contracts, risk, quality, and reporting. Partners with creative leadership to meet project and business objectives. Supports pitches, scoping, pricing, and presentations; mentors and line-manages producers; conducts performance reviews, hiring, training, and professional development. Acts as an escalation point, final deliverable gatekeeper, and contributor to production strategy and industry thought leadership.

Produce and maintain developer and user documentation for DAM and SaaS platforms, including API/integration guides, workflows for 3D asset ingestion and rendering, portal administration (SSO, RBAC), tutorials, diagrams, and documentation standards using docs-as-code practices.
