Perform external wall fire engineering assessments for new and existing buildings: review drawings, carry out intrusive and on-site inspections, assess risk per PAS 9980, produce technical reports, support fire strategy development, manage projects and clients, and undertake regular site travel.

Manage monthly billing and invoicing cycle, produce and distribute invoices, ensure billings align with contracts, reduce unbilled DSO, support collections, resolve AR/billing issues with project teams, and implement process improvements to improve transactional quality.

Provide senior technical leadership and governance for façade and external wall engineering. Oversee technical approach, peer review, risk management, and quality assurance on complex/high-risk projects; mentor engineers; engage with clients, design teams, contractors and regulators; support service line development and maintain technical standards.

Lead technical delivery of façade and external wall fire consultancy projects. Provide independent engineering judgement, prepare and review PAS 9980 appraisals and façade reports, assess materials and test evidence, identify risks and remediation strategies, liaise with clients and design teams, mentor junior staff, and support QA and peer review to ensure technically robust, compliant deliverables.
