Supports EMEA M&A and Financial Sponsors leadership through pipeline and backlog reporting, deal and sponsor data management, business performance presentations, pitch materials, market research, and strategic initiatives. Coordinates mandate approvals, coverage infrastructure, relationship reviews, and sector calls. Also drives automation and AI adoption across reporting processes, collaborates with IT on internal tools, and trains colleagues on automation capabilities.

Owns end-to-end ServiceNow development and support for Information Security workflows, including Vulnerability Response, machine identity protection, network segmentation, and related processes. Gathers requirements, designs processes, develops configurations and JavaScript customizations, manages testing and releases, maintains platform health and CMDB data quality, supports users, and coordinates with global teams and vendors. Ensures alignment with ITIL, ServiceNow, security, change-control, and documentation standards.

Support the execution of equity capital markets transactions across EMEA, including IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, accelerated bookbuilds, and convertible offerings. Responsibilities include transaction structuring, investor targeting, bookbuilding, pricing analysis, market monitoring, valuation analysis, investor feedback reporting, client relationship support, and collaboration with banking, sales, trading, and research teams.

Develop and maintain the global Securities Finance platform (on-prem and AWS). Own projects end-to-end, write unit tests, assist with user testing, and work with support/release teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions for front and middle office users.

Support UK-listed corporate clients by delivering strategic advice on market positioning, shareholder engagement, and corporate strategy; assist in M&A, restructurings, and equity capital markets transactions; prepare financial models, valuations, investor materials, and shareholder analyses; contribute to business development and sector coverage.
