Works within the TrakCare product team to analyze healthcare workflows, define product requirements and use cases, configure localized functionality, and support product enhancements. Collaborates with developers, implementation teams, internal stakeholders, and customers across UKI. Participates in Agile sprint planning, product demonstrations, release documentation, customer training, presentations, and GoLive support while serving as a healthcare domain subject matter expert.

Leads Tier 1 technical support operations, coaching staff, monitoring service levels, improving processes, and ensuring quality customer service. Coordinates technology projects with Tier 2 teams, including rollouts, training, user adoption, and post-implementation support. Oversees knowledge management, ticket audits, satisfaction reviews, escalation processes, and performance metrics. The role also evaluates emerging AI, prompt engineering, generative AI, and automation opportunities for IT service management and end-user support.

Entry-level graduate role involving training on InterSystems products and processes, supporting team projects, and developing technical and workplace skills. Graduates from diverse disciplines will work with one team during a nine-month contract in Windsor or Edinburgh, receive mentorship, and may transition to a permanent position.
