Founding Engineering Manager for London office to lead a 6-10 engineer team building an enterprise AI agent platform. Own technical direction, delivery, hiring, performance management, and customer-facing technical work. Act as a player-coach: review designs, ship production LLM systems, run incident response, and embed with enterprise customers.

Develop and maintain the core AI agents platform, collaborate with product, design, and business teams to implement features, ensure platform quality via testing and CI/CD, learn platform reliability expectations, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement while staying current with AI trends.

Coordinate day-to-day internal operations, scheduling, and office management for the London office. Plan and host branded events, manage vendor and guest logistics, support hiring coordination and onboarding, maintain shared calendars and documentation, and enable leadership team execution through precise communication and follow-up tracking.
