As a Tourism & Operations Intern at Indie Campers, you will assist with customer service, operations handling, and quality control in a dynamic environment.

Lead and run daily depot operations for campervan rentals with a 70-80% hands-on focus: manage check-in/out, vehicle readiness, basic mechanical checks, KPI tracking, value-based ancillary sales, shift coordination, onboarding, accurate fleet status updates, escalation of complex issues, and depot cost control.

Welcome and assist guests at the London depot, handle check-ins/check-outs, process payments, explain campervan features, upsell extras, align reservations with available vehicles, prepare and inspect campervans, identify maintenance needs, monitor stock, coordinate fleet logistics, and support operational troubleshooting.

The role involves providing customer service during check-ins and check-outs, handling operations for campervans, and supporting maintenance and quality control activities.
