Lead and manage a team of Account Managers responsible for campaign setup, delivery, incentive program implementation, and revenue targets. Drive commercial growth through client-facing activity, cross-sell/upsell, and strong partnerships with Sales and technical teams. Represent EMEA in global forums, align on strategy, and ensure operational excellence and adoption of global programs.
