Own the vision, roadmap, development, launch, and continuous improvement of an AI chatbot. Responsibilities include market and competitive research, requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, UX collaboration, NLP and machine learning enhancement, performance analysis, go-to-market planning, user adoption, and product iteration. The role also requires customer engagement, software sales knowledge, automotive market familiarity, strong communication, negotiation, and technical aptitude.

Own end-to-end UX design for Impel’s AI-powered automotive platform, including dealer workflows, configuration tools, customer interactions, and merchandising experiences. Conduct user research, simplify complex B2B workflows, extend the design system, prototype in Figma and with AI-assisted or coded methods, and design to WCAG 2.2 AA. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to define success measures, evaluate impact, communicate decisions, and establish scalable design patterns.
