Manage value and adoption for a portfolio of primarily law firm customers. Build joint impact plans, run adoption programs, drive time-to-first/next-value, run business value reviews, ensure renewal readiness, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-functionally to remove friction and measure outcomes that improve net revenue retention.

Serve as a legal technology thought leader within Business Innovation, driving strategy, best-practice development, and adoption of iManage solutions. Plan and deliver consulting engagements, provide strategic advice and product demonstrations, mentor junior consultants, support UAT and deliverables, and liaise with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, and partners to influence product roadmap and customer success.
