Manage 2D print graphics production across projects: create schedules, deliver artwork, procure print suppliers, estimate costs, oversee onsite installation, ensure ISO-compliant documentation, and meet deadlines, budget, and quality targets.

Provides administrative, coordination, and operational support to a technology studio. Responsibilities include diary and meeting management, resourcing, freelancer coordination, purchasing, financial administration, equipment tracking, presentations, research, AI and emerging-technology initiatives, Innovation Lab activities, and project support. The role requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and an interest in creative technology, digital production, and innovation.

Develops 3D concepts, renders, sketches, visualizations, presentation materials, and technical drawings for creative projects. Collaborates with designers and creative directors, attends client meetings, presents concepts, sources imagery, and supports design development. Requires strong spatial design, materiality, detailing, visualization, and creative communication skills, with proficiency in Vectorworks 3D modeling, Unreal Engine visualization, and CAD or Vectorworks technical drawing.

Leads spatial and 3D design for luxury automotive events, exhibitions, launches, and brand experiences from concept through delivery. Responsibilities include developing creative concepts, sketches, diagrams, visualizations, animations, technical drawings, and detailed designs within site, construction, and budget constraints. The role involves collaborating with strategists, creatives, producers, contractors, and clients; presenting ideas; mentoring junior designers; and incorporating emerging technologies such as AI into creative workflows.

Deliver high-volume, print-ready artwork across large- and small-format media while maintaining brand standards, visual identity, color accuracy, and technical quality. Prepare files for printers, manage color correction and image retouching, create master assets, govern style documentation, audit deliverables, provide technical artwork expertise, and improve production workflows under tight deadlines.

Lead delivery of technical and production requirements for live events and exhibitions. Manage budgets, schedules, suppliers, contractors, and health & safety. Produce project plans, present proposals to clients, oversee technical and fabricated elements, maintain ISO 9001 documentation, mentor junior staff, and develop innovative production solutions while ensuring profitable, high-quality delivery.
