Conduct scripted telephone interviews with UK business owners and senior decision-makers for government and social research projects. Accurately record responses, build rapport, listen carefully, meet performance targets, and work flexible daytime shifts from home. Paid training and ongoing support are provided; prior phone-based experience is useful but not required.

Lead growth of IFF's Higher Education portfolio by building client relationships, winning work, designing and leading high-profile HE research, shaping innovative methodologies, contributing to proposals and commercial discussions, and promoting thought leadership across the sector.
